The provision of massage in Queensland is subject to protocols defined by the Chief Health Officer.
The protocols are quite complex. We assure you that we are abiding by them in all we do to maintain an extremely low risk of catching or passing on the COVID virus. This includes paying extra attention to hygiene by disinfecting all surfaces between clients.

These are the protocols that affect you directly:

• We prefer you to make an appointment by phone or email before visiting. We discourage walk-in bookings.
• We ask you to be mindful of your own health. If you are feeling any symptoms of any viral infection – Please get tested, and please stay home until you are well again. If you are in an "At-risk" category we ask you to carefully consider whether you should attend our clinic.
• When visiting us we ask that you observe social distancing as much as practical. Arrive just a minute or two before, and leave immediately after your appointment time. This will help reduce the potential for you to share space in reception during ‘cross-over’.
• We need to do contract tracing for every person that visits. We are required to collect your name and contact number in the event that there is an outbreak. We will usually do this when you make your booking. When you enter the clinic please scan the QR code to check in.
• We will take your temperature with a contactless thermometer immediately after you enter the shop.
• All treatment booths will have an automatic 2 hour buffer period between clients. This allows time to thoroughly sanitise the beds between clients, and leave time to dry.
