The oils and lotions used are a mixture of nourishing and moisturising skin crèmes and lotions, as well as traditional Thai therapeutic herbal ointments.

Remedial Massage
While Thai massage is known for its assisted stretches and acupressure techniques, we also offer remedial massage. This type of massage focuses on addressing specific muscle tension and pain. However, we might also incorporate some traditional Thai elements like deep kneading and targeted stretches to achieve therapeutic results.

Hot Stones Treatment
A hot stone massage is a treatment that combines the benefits of massage therapy with the deep relaxation of heated stones. Smooth, basalt stones are warmed and used to massage specific areas of your body, like your back, stomach, or palms. The heat helps to loosen tight muscles, improve circulation, and ease pain. The massage therapist will also use the stones to massage your muscles, providing a deeper, more luxurious experience than a traditional massage. This type of massage is great for reducing stress, relieving tension, and promoting overall relaxation.
Cupping Treatment
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure). Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite. Cupping usage dates back to Egypt in about 1,550 B.C.
Similar to acupuncture, cupping is based on the meridian theory of the body. Cupping helps in rejuvenating certain meridians and organs that are not in optimal condition. Cupping may assist with:
